WHEN WOMEN VOTE
A discussion about the power of women in our democracy.

Representative Leslie Herod, Colorado General Assembly, will moderate a discussion with Stephanie Donner and Amber McReynolds about their recent book, "When Women Vote", which highlights the challenges Americans—and particularly women—face when trying to vote in our current system. Stephanie and Amber will make the case for removing bias in the voting process by sharing stories and experiences of women voters and leaders throughout the United States.

REPRESENTATIVE LESLIE HEROD
Elected to the Colorado House of Representatives in 2016, Representative Herod is the first LGBTQ African American in the Colorado General Assembly.

STEPHANIE F. DONNER
